Powerchute software for Backup ES500

Where can I find Powerchute software for Windows 7? I have tried to download it off the support site and it says I have to have a Personal account which is only available to dealers.
What am I doing wrong?

i am not sure what particular message you are getting but you should be able to create one of those accounts. any user (reseller, home user, etc) should be able to download software.

try creating one and see where you get. if you still cannot do it, I will provide the newest version of powerchute personal edition for you.
