Hello,
Recently upgraded batteries on a APC Pro1200 because it was reporting battery charge at 10%, however this hasn't fixed the problem as it still reports the battery charge at 10%. Has anyone experienced this problem and found a solution. Technical support hasn't been able to provide a solution yet.
Thanks.

If your UPS is a Back-UPS 1200 Pro the proper software is PowerChute Personal Edition. PowerChute Business Edition is not compatible with Back-UPS and will give inaccurate information.

Are you running PowerChute Personal Edition and if so have you updated the battery installation date? When you update the battery installation date PowerChute sends a signal to the UPS. The signal tells UPS there is a new battery installed.

I have just installed PowerChute Personal Edition, and this seems to report the charge at 100%, however the business edition reports it at 10% charge. So which one of these are correct? - does the business edition report this incorrectly?
