Powerchute NetWork shutdown compatability

Hi, a system I am working on currently has PowerChute Network Shutdown 4.4.1 installed on one server. A second server now needs to have PowerChute installed but I can't find a download for 4.4.1 for Windows (x64)

Is this software still available and if not would there be any problems with having 4.4.1 on one server and version 5 on the other?

Apologies if a silly question but I have never used this software before.

There would be no issue running PowerChute version 4.4.1 on one server and 5.0 on another. 

I recommend updating version 4.4.1 to 5.0 as it has many security enhancements.
