Solved: PowerChute under Win10 won't start

Everything appears to have installed correctly but when I try to launch I fet a "certificate error" that I can't get past.

it just allows me to connect to a browser page.

I think PowerChute is trying to get yo internet for something

I tried turning off Defender and that didn't help.

can anyone help
