I am currently testing PCSS 1.2 in our environment. I have configured the software with all the event configurations/notifications and SMTP server info and would like to copy this configuration to other computers. I stopped the service, copied the pcssconfig.ini to another computer (also with stopped service), then started the service. Everything still appears to be with default settings. I see no configuration changes being carried over with the .ini file.
Do i have to configure every computer? or is this pcssconfig.ini not working as intended?
Thank you,
Lee

From what I've been able to find there isn't a way to copy event and email configurations. The pssconfig.ini file seems to only work for SNMP and if you need to change the username and password after an install. The silentinstall.ini can be used for some settings while installing the software, but not event configuration or SMTP configs. And it isn't useful at all after the software is installed.
