PowerChute Business Edition Agent 9.0.1(on Solaris Sparc) install errors

These are possible errors which I got from root account. And it doesn't even display GUI for installation wizard.

But when I install not in root, it displays GUI but complains of not being root.

I don't think it is disk, access, OS or anti-virus issue because it proceed far well when I am not in root mode.
Also there are 100 GB free space in Ultra 10 and OS is Solaris 5.8 and JVM version is 1.6.0_19.

Is there any solution for this ?

Thank you for the response.

I downloaded the following:

"PowerChute Business Edition 5 Node v9.0.1" for Solaris SPARC version. The file name is "pbe_agent_solaris_jvm.bin".
I copied it over to unix server into a directory /opt/PowerChute and type "./pbe_agent_solaris_jvm.bin". I think I also changed the permission (chmod +x pbe_agent_solaris_jvm.bin).

I try to run "./pbe_agent_solaris_jvm.bin" as root and as a normal user and none is working.

Can you tell me what I am still doing wrong?
Thanks
Paul

First of all, we want to make sure the correct version was downloaded and we are following the correct installation instructions. When you download the software, it asks you which OS you are using, X86 or non X86. Assuming you downloaded the correct one, which command are you running to run the installer?
