PowerChute 3 not working

Hi. I just bought an UPS BE550G-GR, but I cant use PowerChute 3. The program installs fine, but when I try to start it, a pop-up error apear that says the program stopped working. The usual Windows Vista and 7 error, with check for online solution option. It finds no solutions. I have Windows 7 x64.

ok, don't shoot the messenger on this solution and how silly it might be but it is at least fixed for those of you that have it.

I tried that, not worked. But i solved it with a reinstall of operating sistem. Now all is working.
