Power cut off

I recently purchased a BACK UPS ES 650Y IN model. All of a sudden a while back, while i switched my PC on - the UPS suddenly cut the power off to my system.
The battery's charge was at 100%. The total wattage my UPS can provide is 390w, and according to PowerChute the Load on battery backup is around 110w. What could be the problem?
