Power chute prblem.

hi,
i am purchasing APC SUA1500I. I am installing power chute in Windows 7 64bit system. But i cant login Explorer not given permission. And where i see the all installed software for the UPS INFRORMATION. Is the way to login in internet explorer and then see the information.

Hi Anil,

Can you tell us what APC Software did you install on your machine? Is it PowerChute Business Edition? If it is can you provide the version of the software?

If you are trying to access the PowerChute Business Edition - Agent web interface you will need to key in http://<IPAddressofthePC>:3052. Please let us know or paste a screenshot of what you are seeing on the screen.
