Power Outage-Now Back-UPS XS 1500 will not go back online on AC
Had a power outage and my APC Back-UPS XS 1500 when on battery power which kept the computer running but now it won't go back to AC. PowerChute shows input AC power of 94 volts but measured using meter and shows 120 volts and I have sensing set to low. Bought a new APC BN1500M2 and it works fine and shows 120 volts plugged in on the same outlet. Really would like to get the Back-UPS XS 1500 working again as I could use it in a different room. Looks like the Back-UPS XS 1500 does not read the correct input voltage. Surge protector protected connected equipment but didn't protect itself. Can this be fixed reasonably? Any schematics?
