Hi!
Have a 8-outlet Performance Surge Protector device and suddenly stop working LAN via Network Protection of this device. Connected LAN cables directly ... ok. Also noticed that device Grounding OK indicator does not illuminate. Any ideas? Tried another similar Protector device into same outlet ... Grounding OK Indicator went green.
More thanks, Alar.

Hi again and thanks again!
So, I'll send e-mail to esupport@apcc.com and they probably can direct further.
More thanks, Alar.

It is possible the surge protector accepted a surge and possibly failed open. Or, something internally failed randomly. If you can pinpoint the problem to this particular surge protector, rather than the outlet itself, then I'd suggest you contact your local technical support team. Most, if not all, surge protectors typically have a lifetime warranty and we'd happily send you a replacement for it assuming that is the case for your model. Prior to doing that, if you can post the model of surge protector from the bottom of it on the white sticker, I can double check that for you. It'd be something like P7T or similar.

Hi and thanks!
I see behind similar device (obtained at the same time) PF8VNT3-GR. Problematic one is in use and on the wall a little bit hard to reach.
More thanks, Alar.

OK, I see that here: http://www.apc.com/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=PF8VNT3-GR
For warranty, it says: Standard Warranty: 5 years (all other countries), Lifetime (European Union countries only)
