PCNS Client cannot connect to USV

Hello everyone

we have 2 USP's that both are connected to a host with multiple vm's. I set up a physical client with PCNS on it to send ssh commands and shut down the virtual machines and the host. However the client seems to get no connection to the USP's even though they are in the same network and im able to ping them from the client.

The USP's we have are a Smart UPS 3000 and aSmart-UPS 3000 RM XL  one with a network management card 2 and one with a 3
