Old Serial-connected BK500M - Any support under Vista?

The current Vista PowerChute seems to have dropped support for this old serial UPS. Any tips on making this unit work for me?

Looks like the software page is getting some maintenance work, and the downloads aren't coming up. I would recommend trying again later today. Not sure when it will be back up, but I assume it will be back shortly.

I just attempted to download the software and it works fine. Seems to be back up.

Hi I tried clicking on the link and it takes me to the software upgrade page. When I try and select the business edition software I get zero and the number of upgrades avail. Any Ideas? Thanks George
