Just put a new Back-ups 1300 in place. Let it charge overnight beforehand. Display seems to show all in order with full charge and power online. The surge protect only outlets are fine, but no power on the battery ones. Am I overlooking a step in setup or is some configuration of the master outlet needed? Did try cycling the energy saver features on and off a few times but no luck.
