No Internetconnection for PowerChute 3.1 via Parallels

I have a Macbook with Parallels 15.1.4 and Win 10

All my windows programs there have good internet connection.

Only PowerChute 3.1 says TOhEvNd2YIDkQKDdWhY5fA%3D%3D&Rest-Api-Key=d3Bhc3F1aWw6NjM3MzU2MWEtNzYzMC00OTc5LTkyMTAtOTJjYTU0NGEwZWFl.jpeg

when I try to check for firmwareupdates.

How can I connect PowerChute to my internet? Thanks

PS: I know that there is a Mac Software for APC UPS, but it is not running with Catalina

Hi,

PowerChute Personal Edition 3.1 is the latest version. There is an issue with the update feature. The issue will be corrected in a future release of the software.

Thanks. This makes then sense.
Not good, that APC Support did not know this and only wrote me back, that my Mac is not supported.
