New Battery Backups show red light

I purchased 4 each BN650M1 backup/surge protectors for 4 individual computers.  The first one I installed works fine.  I installed the remaining 3 and all 3 of them display the red fault indicator when installed.  I then moved my first successful installation to the other 3 computers and it works fine and does not show the red fault light.  I then moved the 3 failed backups to my original computer and all three still show the red fault light.  Is is possible I am not doing a proper installation or are all 3 of these units defective?

It seems that Battery is not Supporting to Power up the inverter.please do following steps

• Check the Unit status after powering with input Supply.
• Check the Unit Warning after connecting with USB cable to Power Chute.
• if you found the Battery error in power Chute then Log RMA with APC.
