Need new smartcell case with eight apc batteries 75ah each for my matrix 5000

i have APC matrix  5000 .I want to replace the smartcell case with new apc batteries .the old comes with 8 batteries 75AH each.

i Live in Gambia in west Africa does anyone know where can I buy this and and get it shipped to me in Africa .

i Searched online and saw one website www.excessups.com based in Canada but they said they do jot sell outside Canada and USA
