Need help to uninstall Powerchute personal edition from Server 2003 R2

I've seen from reading other threads that registry keys must be deleted to uninstall PCPE 2.0. Unfortunately, the instructions are always sent to the poster's email or via PM. I too need some help, as I can't seem to uninstall this program through the usual add/remove programs windows. When I click the remove button, nothing happens at all.

I've purchased a Smart-UPS and the instructions for Powerchute Network Shutdown say that all previous versions of Powerchute must be removed, so I need this to install my new shiny new UPS.
