I've bought a UPS 1350 about 6 months ago. It's been working great (and continues to do so), however recently, I've noticed that the fan will come on for a second and then go off maybe a few times in a row. Then once in awhile, it will run maybe for a minute and then go off. It hasn't done this before and I wondered if maybe they get dirt or dust built up in them? This unit sits on the floor next to my wall. Thanks.

Looks like a 43% load, 410W, and 109V when the fan is running. It's also reading 109V when the fan is not running. Do I have too many things plugged into it?
