HI Guys,
I'm having issues with my newly purchase BX 750MI UPS. I follow the instruction correction especially the battery power connector, after I connected it to the wall socket it beeps constantly and I cannot turn the sound off unless I unplugged it from wall socket. The power indicator also it seems not turning on. Did I purchased a defective UPS or I did something wrong? Thank you.

Please let us know the outcome of the below procedure:
Disconnect every equipment from the UPS, shut down the UPS and disconnect it from wall
Disconnect the battery (unplug the yellow battery connector)
Press and hold ON for 5-10 seconds the power button
Reconnect the battery
After that plug your UPS back into the wall and let the unit turned off to charge for 16 hours
If the issue does not clear then please contact our APC Technical Support in your region for the warranty claim of the unit.
You’ll need to provide the serial number, purchase receipt, and brief description of the problem.
