My APC BX1100C-IN 1100VA/660W shuts down showing a red overload light(not blinking staying on) on its power button and my gaming pc quickly turns off but while gaming Speed Test essay writer .But here is the funny part when , i tried manually disconnecting ups plug from socket while gaming and it surprisingly stays on without any problem and it even runs for 5 minutes on high end gaming pc while gaming. but same scenario while gaming when current goes my pc turns off quickly and ups shows red overload light. what is this??

Does your computer have a power supply. That has Active Power Factor Correction?
The UPS you are using has Waveform type: Stepped approximation to a sine wave output.
That type of output can cause problems with an Active Power Factor power supply and can cause it to abruptly shut down. One symptom is triggering the UPS Overload circuit.
An Active Power Factor power supply needs an UPS with a pure sine wave output. For a more reliable operation
