My Back-UPS RS 1100 (BR-1100 CI-IN) has a problem with transfertime?
I am using BR-1100CI-IN UPS for the past 2 years and now I am facing issues with it. When the power supply fails, the UPS transfers to the battery but during the transfer the power to my computer cuts off and the UPS will continue to run on the battery as if nothing happened. It never happens every time but randomly. The batteries are just a couple of months old and backup time is great. The beep tone emitted by the UPS has also became loud nowadays and it sounds like a person with bad throat. I have tried all the voltage sensitivity settings and had also brain dead the UPS but in vain. Need help, Thanks in advance

Does everything turn off or just your computer? If your computer just started doing it recently but everything else stays up, it could be the capacitor in your computer power supply that has the issue rather than the UPS.
Changing sensitivity and voltage transfer ranges is a good try because they can affect transfer time as well.
