My APC UPS 650VA flashes red

Hi everybody
Im from india, and I had purchased this model just a month ago.

Now when i turn on the UPS, it flashes red repeatedly.

Can someone help me out here.

Hello,

Usually the flashing red indicates the battery is disconnected.

Have you verified battery connection? If the battery is connected securely, the red LED should not be flashing. Disconnect and reconnect the battery just to be sure. If that's still the case, look at having the UPS replaced through Tech Support.
