My APC 1400I is clicking

Hi there
I own 1400I APC ups ,
I have noticed that it keeps clicking after switching it off , and only after cutting out utility power .
The clicking is continious each about 10 seconds .
Specifically RLY 3 coil is energized periodically .
Why is that?
