Recently I've randomly tested some Back-UPS and discovered that BR1500I output voltage is far too low.
With AC plugged in and output is measured with DMM (true RMS) the reading showed less then 130VAC instead of +/- 220VAC.
Surprisingly, when similar tests were conducted on BR800I, it is able to produce output of +/- 220VAC.
Need some help / explanation ?
