Hi,
We have 2 UPS that is separately serving 2 sets of servers. The UPS models are SY16KVa & SUA5000RMi.
Is there a way to manage both UPS via a single server or PC?

Do both units have network management cards? They Symmetra unit certainly should, but you may not have one in the smart-ups. You can check by just looking for a network connection on the back of each.
Once configured, you can monitor both through the web interfaces using IE. They also can do SNMP, so if you have a network management station you can have the units talk to that.
We have an appliance for bringing a bunch of management cards into one interface and monitoring them. However, if it's 2 units, it's not really an economical method as the appliance is a few thousand dollars.
