APC Support,

Where were you today? I waited about 40 mins and finally hung up. Is this the norm? Were you closed for lunch??

It's usually best to call either early in the morning, or after 6PM eastern time.

Totally agree. I have problem with backup, I need help, have to wait 35 minutes. Whats up with that? I expect better APC.

The lunch hours are some of the more busy times for the APC phone queue. Also, the summer months tend to be very busy, however there are no scheduled off hours for APC support during lunch. For the lowest wait times, it is best to call in morning or evening. APC's phone support hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
