Hello,

When I turn on my voltage regulator the yellow light is on from the start. There is nothing plugged into the regulator. I plugged a second regulator into the same outlet to make sure there wasn't an issue and it turns on with the green light fine. Is the yellow light being on from the start a sign that the regulator is not functioning properly?
