Hello Hanz,
I would like to check the behavior of your UPS. The LEDs that you've mentioned are those that are on the right hand side of your UPS. For how long does it blink? Any changes you have made with that UPS, like adding a new load, replaced the battery or experienced a blackout? How old is your UPS by the way? This could be a case of what do we call as flashing battery bar graph.
Please feel free to read the knowledge base that discuss about why would the battery bar graph flash on a Smart-UPS --> [APC Knowledge Base ID 1497|http://nam-en.apc.com/cgi-bin/nam_en.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=1497&p_created=1010390400&p...]

Hello Hanz,
Based from the LED indicators that you have mentioned, it looks like your UPS has encountered a fault. We can try to following steps to check if we can recover from that fault.
- Remove the load that are connected on the UPS and then turn the APC unit off.
- Unplug the UPS from the power source and then press and hold the OFF button until you hear a click or see all the LED indicators flashes once.
The procedure mentioned above is what do we call as brain dead, it cuts the remaining power that is present on the UPS circuitry i.e. capacitors.
