Model & Serial Numbers:
BE750G

------------------------------------------
When the unit is plugged in directly to a wall outlet, it makes
a continuous beeping sound. I removed all devices that were
plugged into the ups. I plugged an electric pencil sharpener
into the Surge Protection outlets, and it will still work, even
though the ups is beeping.
When I plug the sharpener into the Battery Backup + Surge
Protection outlets, the sharpener does not work. The circuit
breaker button remains out at all times. I pressed and held
it for a few seconds, but it pops right out when released.
I also disconnected the battery that was connected to a
red & black wire. I re-connected the black cable, and touched
the red cable to the lead on the battery, and it sparked. The
black cable has a white plastic casing around the lead which
prevents it from being connected to the battery incorrectly.
Can this ups be fixed?
Thanks a bunch,
Adrianne

Aside from the tone that it makes, do you see any Red or Green LED that lights up? If you do, can you tell us the pattern that it makes?
