I have looked and looked but I can't seem to find an answer to my question. I did find a way to put LCD into a power saving mode. It only turns on for 60 seconds which I can live with, but for God's sake I can't switch off the button LEDs. They are illuminated 24/7 and from what it looks like there is no easy way to sswitch them off. I find it a somewhat annoying when your whole room is like a christmas tree. 3 lights here, 2 there, 1 on the left, 2 on the right. Come on... You should give people the ability to switch it off. Not that it will make any difference in the worlds energy consumption, but still. Also it draws a lot of attention from my kids crawling around and pushing every button they can find, especially if it is illuminated.
