Is the battery recycle program dead?

After several attempts over several days, and trying alternate email addresses, I have yet to receive an email with UPS return instructions from APC's partner for my RBC123 battery. Is this program active?

The battery recycling service is still available try this page.

You can create  a return label or you can locate a nearby drop off location.

That's the link I used. It doesn't provide a return label. So off to the landfill...
