Hello,
We have:
APC Smart-UPS,2700 Watts /3000 VA,Input 230V /Output 230V
we also have:
a very important-consumer device 230V 12A
We should very much like to know if our UPS is able to provide enough power to the consumer device,
from **JUST ONE RECEPTACLE** ?

I believe these are the general ratings for both C13 and C19 as I wasn't sure what outlet you were plugging it into. Depending on what region you're located in, these would apply to the outlet itself.
IEC-320-C13: 12 A; IEC-320-C19: 16 A UL (derated)
IEC-320-C13: 10 A; IEC-320-C19: 16 A VDE
IEC-320-C13: 15 A; IEC-320-C19: 20 A PSE
I had thought at 230V, C13's could provide 10A max where as with 208 and 200V they are derated to 12A.
