Hello Hanz,

To tell you honestly this is the first time that I've heard about that APCFix.exe, I have a feeling that this software didn't came from us. I haven't seen or tested it and couldn't give any insights/ opinion about it.

May I know why do you want to use this fix? It appears that this software is a third party software. APC is not liable in case if it causes any problem to your UPS or System.

Yeah its my first time also to hear this software, i just got this from some technical forum and also here in APC-Forum, so i just wondering if this software name apcfix is come from APC it self. Just only for a curiosity, i want to try if this software can really fix the calibration of the UPS, coz they stated that this software can support APC models like: SUxxxx, SUAxxxx, SUOLxxxx, SURTxxxx, SCxxxx, Matrix, Smart v/s, Back-Pro, BP500AVR, BPxxxSI, PowerStack.

You can also do manual runtime calibration on your UPSes.

so by doing the runtime calibration of the UPS can solve the issue for calibration after replacement of battery.,?
