Is my bx800 dead?
Hello everyone.
I have had my bx800 for about two years now and everything has worked flawlessly. Last week the overload led and the change batteries led lit up and the unit wont power up at all. I ordered new batteries and installed them, let them charge for 24 hours before i pluged anything into the ups and all was fine for about 24 hours. Then the overload and change batteries led's lit up again. At no time did the "on battery power" led light up only the green online led was lit until the unit shut off and flashed the overload and change battery led. The new batteries were dead also so the unit has been running on battery power at some point. $40 dollar shipping and atleast that for repair costs just dont make it cost effective to have it fixed.
