How to solve this problem

Some menus are disabled.
Even if you want to use the email menu, it is disabled.

I looked up the help and there was a word below.

Require CA Root Certificate
This should only be enabled if the security policy of the organization does not allow for implicit trust of SSL connections. If this is enabled, a valid root CA certificate must be loaded onto the Network Management Card for encrypted e-mails to be sent.

And when I checked the address window, there was a warning about access to https, such as unsafe access? Is it a problem with ssl certificate?

And how can I activate the menu?

You'll need to provide a lot more information if you want a qualified answer. Provide a screen capture of the following from the NMC webpage under the About: NMC / UPS

Provide a photo of the front, back, of the unit clearly showing the serial number of the hardware.

UPS: SRV3KI-E / 441.12CT.I (firmware version)

NMC: AP9544/3 (hardware version)
NMC Application: eu1p / v2.0.0.15 (version)
AOS(APC OS) : aos / v2.1.0.6
APC boot monitor: boot / v1.4.0.2

Please understand that there is no picture of the image containing the serial number because it is judged not to be posted for information protection.

What exactly is the history of this unit and the problem?!? Meaning is this a brand new system? If not how old is it and when did this problem begin?

If this problem existed from the beginning I suggest you contact APC Technical Support in your region.

If this problem started after a firmware upgrade to the NMC have you tried updating it to the latest v2.5.1.7:

https://www.se.com/ph/en/product/SRV3KI-E/apc-easy-ups-online-3kva-2700w-tower-230v-6x-iec-c13-+-1x-...

This appears to be improper NMC firmware loaded on to the system. Please change the language to English as I can’t read what the tabs say.

Doing so will also insure this isn’t a conflict using the language package. Ensure you reboot the NMC once the language is changed to English.

NOTE: You need only provide the first four digits after the letters as it relates to the serial number. Even if you provided the entire serial number there is NO PI information the general public can access, use, etc.
