How does aisle containment effect other data center systems

I am interested in Aisle Containment products to make my data center more efficient, however, I am interested in how this will effect other systems in my data center (lighting, fire suppression, monitoring, CRAC/CRAH controls, grounding, power, etc). Does APC have a white paper dedicated to this topic?
