I just got a new APC H15 anf I'm ready to install in my A/V rack. The unit comes with rack ears and screws for rack mounting, and they are noted in the guide as included items but there is nothing in the guide on how to attach them to the unit nor does there appear to be any visable mounting holes on the unit itself. Can someone please describe how to attach them?

i checked on the side of ours.
see the attached screenshot of what i saw. i am seeing screw holes (on both sides) in the locations indicated by the arrows/red dots.
i think its clear where we should be looking but please confirm, or even better, let us know if you can take pictures of your set up so i can pass them along.
also, can you give me the first couple digits of your serial number which will indicate age? it should be something like PB0643 for example.
thanks!

thanks, for the reply. There are no visable mounting holes, but there appears to be a small rectangular plastic cap on each end of the front faceplate, however I've not tried to pry them off for fear of damaging it and/or being wrong. let me know what you find out. thanks
