Thank you, Jonathan. I replaced the old battery with this new one a day or so after delivery. I don't know its shipment and Amazon's warehouse's temperatures before getting it though.

Ah, thanks. 1220 (20th week of 2012). I wished APC softwares could show this too like they do for the APC unit (same 1220). Thanks. 🙂

Here's a battery photo(graph) from October 2017's replacement from https://www.amazon.com/APC-APCRBC124-Replacement-Cartridge-SMC1000-2U/dp/B004F08NSM (Amazon seller), but which one is it? Is it 1726 from the bottom white labels which is 26th week of 2017 which is about three months old when it was ordered? If so, then isn't that already old?

Yes, you are correct. The battery that you have was released on the 26th week of 2017. Here is what you can follow with your existing battery.
APC Batteries should be charged to 100% within 6 months of purchase by the end user. If the batteries are to be stored for an extended period of time after that, the following procedures are strongly recommended in order to keep the batteries from discharging beyond the safe limit:
