How Can I Get A Text When My Remote UPS Takes Over

I don't have a permanent network connection at this location, but I do want continuous UPS protection for my server. How can I use a plain old telephone line to configure my UPS to send me a text notification when it is activated. Is there an APC product that can do this.

certain devices support use of our out of band network management card - AP9618. not all UPSs are compatible with this network management card though so if you can verify the exact model of UPS (such as SUA1500), i can tell you if it will work.
