HELP! Warranty and battery info
This is a nightmare.
I have a BX1500M APC UPS and I am looking for simple info on warranty.
I purchased it may 2021 and the batteries died out of the blue a week ago. I was under the impression it has a 3 year warranty, and APC's advertising states clearly "batteries last 3-5 years"...so I am hoping they are covered.
Went to their site to look up warranty info and they make you enter a serial number, so I did.....but it says "cannot find". So I attempted to re-register, and got that confirmation email (maybe my first did not go thru back in 2021?) a week ago. Just checked again, 7 days later, and it STILL says "cannot find, check back".
There appears to be no way to email tech support, and those of of who work for a living know its hard to find time between 8a and 5pm Mon thru Friday.
I reached out to Schneider via their Facebook page a week ago as well, and its CRICKETS.
Can anyone shine any light on any of this for me?
I am very disappointed in APC and Schneider right now.
