I cannot get power out of the subwoofer/amplifier delayed plug receptacles on the power conditioner.

do all of the other outlets work correctly? is the H15 turning on and indicating input/output voltage via the front LCD? what is the delay set to on the outlets (are you waiting long enough for them to turn on)? I believe the longest delay you can have is 12 seconds on those outlets..

Yes all of the other outlets work fine. I have tried 0,2,4 delay and nothing.

ok well as long as the other ones are working at the time when these arent, i'd have to assume there might be a loose connection or something side. i'd recommend you contact support, and if in warranty, see if you can get a replacement after telling them what you've tried.
