H15 Switched outlets now always on, Delayed outlets still work normally
I have been using an H15 for a few years with my stereo system. Recently, the 35 watt per channel power amplifier that is connected to the Analog Filter -- Preamp/Rcvr outlet no longer turns off when the 12VDC Trigger drops to zero volts. The subwoofer that is connected to the Delayed Subwoofer outlet continues to work normally and turns on or off following the six second delay of being triggered.
The front panel lights appear to be normal: Line OK = ON Wiring OK = ON Filtering = ON Overload = OFF Line Boost = OFF Line Trim = OFF Switched On = On <--- Now always ON, even when the trigger voltage is zero, trigger wire disconnected. Delayed On = Off when the 12VDC trigger is off or disconnected (normal operation), On when it should be on.
Present status: Trigger voltage is zero, trigger wire is disconnected Delayed outlets are OFF Analog Filter Outlets are ON (Abnormal) Video Filter Outlets are ON (Abnormal) - these outlets have never been used for anything. Vin = 122VAC Vout = 122VAC
I have tried power cycling the H15 several times as well as removing ALL AC Power (unplugging it) for several days. No change after powering up again.
I appreciate any troubleshooting tips and advice that can be offered.
