To just charge the battery in a UPS, does the UPS need to be powered on?
Or is it enough to just have the plug into the wall to just charge the battery?
Thanks

As long as the UPS is plugged into the wall outlet with a good/acceptable power source and the battery connected, the UPS will charge the battery.
