i have su1400net ups one day i found that ups battery lights are blinking i opened the hyperterminal to correct the problem but by mistaken i corrupted the firmware of the ups now ups does not come online . i noticed that model number of the ups is converted to the smart ups450 but actual model is su1400inet . And this ups is 240 volts but now it shows it is 120 volts but output comes 240v when i connect the the power cord of main ups does not come online . Any one got any idea wht happened to the ups and wht values should i set now using hyperterminals. how i can reset the firmware . thanks
