Few questions, thinking about buying a UPS

Im thinking about buying the Back-UPS ES 700VA DIN.

Have a few questions:

1. Is this particular model capable of disabling all annoying beeps and sounds? I cant have a  UPS yelling at me every power outage. I have pets in the room which would not appreciate beeping from UPS devices 😉

2. Is the software downloadable? i cannot find it for this model at all. Im asking because i have no cd/dvd drive in my possession.

3. This device is qualified for some 400 watts, my PC has a PSU of 750 watt max. What happens if im gaming for instance, and my pc is near full load? What mechanic makes sure my video cards (in example) go on minimum power? I can see how windows power saving reduces my cpu clockspeed but afaik windows itself is not able to downclock my gpus i.e. and is controlled by my nvidia video drivers.

The only job for the UPS should be to prevent data loss and hibernate my PC as soon as the UPS battery goes empty.

Where are you located? A search for that model number gave me results in Spain ...

Using PowerChute Personal Edition 3.0.2 on my PC with my ES 550 (BE550G-CN), I have the option available to disable all audible alarms.
