Could you elaborate on what you mean? Providing an example would be useful to us.

Are you referring to the events in the Windows event viewer or in PowerChute? That is the part I am confused on. I don't think we have a definition available some place so I can define the ones you want to know about. (Blackout, brownout, etc?)

OK, well on Mac or Windows for this unit, we support software called PowerChute Personal Edition which notifies you of power events or occurrences and allows you to view information from your unit. Mac also offers native support which is much better than the PowerChute software. It pops up in Energy Saver in System Preferences. I'd recommend that for Mac and PowerChute for Windows.

The event counts on the LCD screen indicate how many power events you've had but the software, if running and connected via USB to your computer, can tell you how many you've had and what type.

Software can be downloaded here by selecting Filter by Software/Firmware and choosing Software Upgrades - PowerChute Personal Edition.

Mac support is not as good as Windows unfortunately. Plus, only one computer can monitor the UPS at a time. For Mac, the best information you'll get is just in Energy Saver and that's all you'll see.
