We have a user with an APC Back UPS 600 where the Estimated Battery Time and Power Source doesn't display in PowerChute PE. I tried reinstalling the software but got the same thing. Plugged the UPS into a different computer and it displays just fine. Found out that under any other profile it displays just fine as well. Haven't tried a runtime calibration yet, but we're going to when possible. Normally this isn't something we'd worry about as it's a brand new UPS, but this particular client is...well, particular. Is anybody else aware as to why this doesn't display just under a certain profile?

I'm not sure, it didn't occur to me to check this. I'll check the display settings as soon as I can. It's a Win7x64 OS install though.

Hi,
What is the display setting and OS version? Is high contrast mode selected for that users and what is the DPI setting?
