ES 750 lasting less than 1 minute on good battery

Hi!

I have three ES 750's. I replaced the batteries in all three of them 6 months ago. Now one of them lasts less than 1 minute during power outages, with ~40W load. It should last hours. I swapped the battery in the unit with one of the working ones... and when I unplug power it beeps and switches off in less than 1 minute with the known good battery.

Any ideas of things to try, short of replacing the bad unit?

This is a BE750G, first 6 of serial 3B0742.

Yes these are genuine APC replacement batteries. I think the unit itself has just died. It's in use in community powered by diesel-generated power, and has a rough life, up and down, up and down, :-(. I'll just replace it.

Hi andrew, if you have replaced the battery (and also tried the unit with a good know battery) then unfortunately there is not too much more we can do. Are these APC genuine batteries you have running in these units here?
