Dry Contacts on SMV1000CAI
In what state do pins 1&4 actually operate? Basically we want to use these contacts to highlight to some external equipment when the batteries run low but can't seem to get them to change over when we would expect them to. For example, if we turn off the AC mains and run on battery, when the batteries start to run low and we get the fast beep we were expecting the contacts to changeover but they don't. Likewise, if we remove the batteries altogether we get no change on the contacts. Note that contacts 2&4 changeover when the mains fail.
